He is survived by: his children, Mallory Ann Church (Cassie Neeley) of Nashville and John Michael Church (Debbie) of Columbia; his granddaughters, Lauren Dupes (Jessee) of Lynnville and Emma Catherine Neeley of Nashville; his great grandchildren, Grayson Dupes and Adelynn Dupes; his nephews, Herbert C. "Herbie" Church, William C. "Bill" Church and John H. Church; and also Helen Johnson Church.
