It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Herbert Jewell of Columbia, Tennessee, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eugene Jewell, Sr. and Sarah Corinne Herbert Jewell. He is survived by: his children, John C. "Chuck" Jewell (Regina) of Columbia, Jenny Rebecca Jewell of Columbia, Vickie Butler (Billy) of Santa Fe and Lesa Andrews of Santa Fe; his brother Richard "Ricky" Jewell, Jr. (Jennie Grace) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Devin Lawwell, Isabella Jewell, Kaylee Osborne, Olivia Shaw, Chase Cribbs, Savanna Monhollen and Will Monhollen; his great grandchild Maggie Cribbs; his nephew Smith Jewell; his niece Elizabeth Freixo; and his aunt Rosa Hester of Hendersonville. He is also survived by his wife of 29 years, whom he married.
