He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Crutcher and Melva Martin Crutcher; his daughter Sharon Renee Crutcher Johnson; his sister Debbie Crutcher Miller; and his brother-in-law Barry Kincaid.
He is survived by: his children, John Crutcher (Angela) and April Alexander (Rickey); his grandchildren, Laine, Gavin (Leon Johnson), Preston Bolton and Eli (Aaron Alexander); his sister Linda Kincaid; and his aunts and uncles, Jackie Bruce Haley (Otis) and Randy Martin (Brenda). He is also survived by four nieces and nephews; three grand nieces and nephew and many cousins and extended family.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Williamson Medical Center Children's Hospital.
