He is survived by: his son Tommy Ramsey (Tina Terry) of Columbia; his siblings, Howard Finley, Jr. of Lewisburg, Yvonne Cashion of Lewisburg and Barbara Kee (Richard) of Lewisburg; and his grandson Alex Ramsey.
