He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kelley Rowland; his children, Jacky Rowland (Wanda), Donna Keys Witherow (Gary), Marsha Kinzer and Jeffrey Rowland; his stepchildren, Cindy Johns (Larry) and Tim Kelley (Linda); his grandchildren, Jimmie Howard Rowland, Derrick A. Kinzer (Jessica), Cody Rowland (Melissa), Brian M. Keys, Allison Kinzer, Toni Malcolm (Lance), Adam Johns, Jason Johns (Jennifer), Benjamin Johns (Caley), Sara Beth Sims (Joey), Ginger Bishop and Jennifer Parker; his great grandchildren, Colton Kinzer, Mikayla Kinzer, Brenna Rowland, Jackson Kinzer, Jaxson, Jacoby, Caleah Rowland, Abbie, Natalie, Levi Malcolm, McKenzie, Amberlin, Jaiden Bishop, Jonah Johns, Nehemiah Johns, Daylen, Joenie Sims and Hunter Golden; his great great grandchildren, Teddy Kinzer and Chevy Rowland; and the mother of his children Rose Rowland.
