He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mrazek Bell of Savannah; his son Stoney Bell of Savannah; his stepdaughter Brandy Miller of Corinth, Mississippi; his siblings, Debby Bell of Ormond Beach, Florida, Wayne Bell of Lewisburg and Virgle Bell of Hampshire; his half-sister Donna Bell Alexander of Lawreneburg; his grandchildren, Adalyn Bell and Maddox Bell; and his stepgrandsons, Tony Tompkins, Garrett Bloom, Tanner Bloom and Kaden Silvino. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
