He is survived by: his parents, Bill Crumley and Marie Crumley; his wife Barbara Crumley; his siblings, Mary Williams, Tommy Crumley, Tim Crumley (Wendy) and Boyd Crumley; his daughters, Kimberly Hooten and Angela Bolton (Jonathon); his grandchildren, Tabitha Duke (Justin), Courtney Wright (Kyle), Dakotah Brown and Kaiden Bolton; his great grandchildren, Gavin Duke, Adalynn Duke, William Wright, Ashrie Wright and Keaton Wright; his nieces and nephews, Justin Crumley, Jayson Crumley, Deanna Crumley, David Williams, Becky Williams and Caroline Crumley; and his close friends, Brian Greene, Rusty Workman, Charles Thompson, Bradley and Tim Brown.
The family would like to ask in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude or the American Cancer Society.
