He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Alton Morgan; his stepfather Larry Carroll; his cousin Michella Renfro; and his close friend Pat Kelley. He is survived by: his mother Linda Renfro Carroll; his siblings, Vince Morgan (Angela) of Columbia and Monica Morgan of Mt. Pleasant; his nephew Jon-Michael Morgan; his niece Jordan Clanton (Carter); his aunts and uncles, Kathy Pruitt (Joe), Sandra Williams, Betty Renfro, Ron Morgan and Paul Renfro; and his close friends, Travis, Trina Davis, Mike Ragsdale and Debbie Moorehead.
