She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gwaltney and Sallie Myers Gwaltney; her husband Samuel Alonzo Worley; and her sons, Stephen Gwaltney Worley and Eugene Neil Worley.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Worley Maust (Blair) and Beth Worley Kickirillo (Roman); her daughters-in-law, Ginger Jackson and Karen Worley; and her grandchildren, Demetria Worley, Frances Worley, Andrew Worley, Josh Maust (Anne), Becky West (Jonathan), Brent Worley (Jessica), Katherine Worley, Stephanie Worley, Michael Kickirillo and David Kickirillo. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to West 7th Street Church of Christ, Cathey's Creek Church of Christ, or a charity of your choice.
