It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet McCoy (Columbia, Tennessee), who passed away on August 23, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William McCoy; her daughter Star McCoy; her brothers, Charles A. McCoy and Charles F. Pickett; and her stepfather James Pickett, Sr.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Wilson Pickett; her daughter Jessica McCoy of Columbia; and her siblings, James Pickett, Jr, Beverly McCoy of Columbia and Felicia Pickett. She is also survived by aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins.
