She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Shafer and Margaret Ruckle Cozine. She is survived by: her husband Richard Garcia; her children, Kenny Paul (Sarah), Ricky Paul and Candie Raney (Bob); her siblings, Arthur Shafer (Cathie), Richard Shafer (Arliene), John Shafer (Loretta), Tom Shafer, Tim Shafer and Donna Dekrueger; and her great grandchildren, Mayson Paul, Eli Paul and Kenny Jo Paul III.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation Services (609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
