He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arch'Rock'Erwin McEwen and Georgia McEwen; his wife Nancy McEwen; his sons, Dan McEwen (Lucy) of Columbia, John McEwen (Casey) of Shady Grove and Jack Hatley (Amy) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Lewis, May, Nina, Sonny McEwen of Columbia, Leo and Scout Hatley of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.; his brother Bill McEwen (Shirley) of Shady Grove; and also Shady Grove Methodist.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shady Grove United Methodist Church—1720 Bratton Lane, Williamsport, TN 38487.
