He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Coughlin and Elizabeth Coughlin. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Santi; and his children, Jason Coughlin, Tom Coughlin, Tim Coughlin and Tammy Dillingham. He is also survived by (daughter), and Emi Martin (step-daughter); and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
