He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Henry and Cornelia Criswell; his wife Marynelle Alsup Criswell; his children, John Michael Criswell and Karen Criswell Heard (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Dillon Criswell Heard (Rachel), Charles Jesse Heard (Anna), Gracie Mac Heard and Josie Lynn Heard. He was also cherished by children, grandchildren.
