He is survived by: his wife Hazel Tabor Ford; his children, Ricky Ford (Donna), Keith Ford (Linda) and Amy Jo Potts (Bryan); and his grandchildren, Ashley Jones, Richard Jones, Brandy Potts, Stephanie Workman and Kacey Landry. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
