He is survived by: his children, James E. Jr. Skinner (Sabrina) of Columbia, TN and Patricia Welch (Brad) of Thompsons Station, TN; his grandchildren, Emily Skinner, Katelynn Skinner, Bradley Welch and Madelinn Welch; his great grandchild Evelinn James Lehman-Welch; and his sister Linda Kergan of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
