He is survived by: his wife Janet "Jan" Johnson Cook; his children, Allison Speed of Columbia, Shelley Fautt of Columbia, Dickie Cook (Becky) of Spring Hill, Michael "Mike" Cook (Lori) of Columbia, Jill Gordon of Columbia, David Cook (Heather) of Columbia, Kristen Cook of Columbia and Karen Clark (Steve); and his grandchildren, Adam Cook (Ali), Lauren Walker (Zach), Shelby Powell (Caleb), Jackson Cook, Taylor Gordon, Cameron Gordon, Anna Cook, Jamie Cook, Sam Cook, Connor Cook, Kayla Gordon, Lexi Patterson, Lucas Patterson, Ryan Clark and Brady Clark. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
