He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Westmoreland and Nellie Pilkinton Westmoreland; and his brothers, Earl Ray Westmoreland, Windell Westmoreland and Paul Westmoreland.
He is survived by: his wife Mona Johnson Westmoreland of Culleoka; his daughters, Vickie Beaver (Denny) of Culleoka and Valarie Hooten (Jim) of Culleoka; his grandchildren, Randy Thompson (Rachel), Jennifer Ring (Jared), Ashley McKissack (Brandon), Stephanie Hamm (Chris) and Angela Hooten; his great grandchildren, Josh Taft (Emily), Gavin Ring, Katelynn Ring, Brooklyn Thompson, Tyler Thompson, Blakely McKissack, Lawsyn McKissack, Jaden Hamm and Ryleigh Hamm; and his great great grandchildren, Harrison Taft and Hudson Taft.
