She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Alice Gregg Whitworth and Wilburn Audie Whitworth; her husband Fred Lee Smith; her siblings, Nita Whitworth Strong, Bill Whitworth and Pete Whitworth; and her grandson Keith Tanner Pack.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Lee Smith and Cyndy Pogue (Chris); and her grandchildren, Khrystyna Alberts (Zach) and Emma Pogue. She is also survived by nephews, cousins and fur babies.
