He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ann Fults of Columbia, TN; his children, Kimberly Hill (William) of Chapel Hill, TN, Keith Fults of Chapel Hill, TN and Kevin Fults of Columbia, TN; his grandchildren, Jessica Thomen (Ben) of Franklin, TN, Brittney Hill of Murfreesboro, TN and Jacob Fults of Columbia, TN; and his sister Teresa Parsons (Chip) of LaVergne, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
