He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Jane Cole; and his siblings, Levon Jarrett, Harold Jarrett, Louise Smith and Ruth Imogene Jarrett.
He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Jarrett; his son Daniel Edward Jarrett (Molly Tate); his grandchildren, Hollie Cole Jarrett and William "Rooster" Jarrett (Christy); and his siblings, Ernest, Robert, Charles, Jerry Jarrett, Georgia Love and Barbara Cagle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
