He is survived by: his wife Rachel Foster of Columbia; his sons, Tony Foster (Michelle) of Santa Fe and Jeff Foster (Renéa) of Santa Fe; his sister Catherine Hoover of Mobley Ridge; and his granddaughter Haley Foster.
