He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sherman Burkins, Sr. and Frances Bethard Burkins. He is survived by: his wife Alice "Ricci" Grace Breese Burkins; his daughters, Stacey Lampley (Jeremy) and Cherie Wray (Trent); his grandchildren, Alicia Westfall (Brandon), Jaime Silva II (Tara Henson), Christian Lampley, Madeline Lampley, Peyton Wray (Christina), Haley Shwartz (Devin) and Challi Wray; his great grandchildren, Hudson Westfall, Charlie Westfall, Magnolia Wray and Poppy Wray; his sister Rosalie Bates (Bill); and his niece Rose Pirillo (Michael).
