Matthews of Columbia, TN; his sons, Michael Matthews of Columbia, TN and Brian Matthews of Columbia, TN; his siblings, Ernest Matthews of Leoma, TN and Pam Matthews; and his grandchildren, Hannah Matthews, Haley Matthews and Trevor Matthews.
