He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley Waggoner, Sr. and Ruby Lee Young Waggoner; and his sister Susan Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kay Smith Waggoner; his children, George Wesley Waggoner, III (Sara) of Franklin, TN and Dena Beck (Michael) of Atlanta, GA; his granddaughter Lyla Waggoner; his brothers, Gordon, Bill, Robert and Charles Waggoner; and his pet Bentley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
