He is survived by: his son Michael Knowles (Christina) of Columbia; his sister Teri Nolen (Bobby) of Summertown; his brother-in-law Doug Burns of Columbia; his grandson Zachary Knowles of Columbia; his niece Beth Hamilton (Jim) of Columbia; his great-nephew J. T. Hamilton of Columbia; and his cousin Janice Jones.
