He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Yolanda Garcia Velasco; and his children, Roland Velasco (Lisa), Al Velasco (Heather) and Nicole Velasco Rivera (Marty). He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
