He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Chupka, Sr. and Mary Damore Chupka. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Chupka; his children, Kristin Marie Rosen of West Grove, PA, Nicole Frances Chupka (Chris Krough) of Austin, TX and Michael Lawrence Chupka (Diana Miller) of Wilmington, DE.; and his grandchildren, Allison Marie Rosen, Jack Daniel Rosen, Cora Pembroke Miller and Auden Evangelene Miller.
