With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Kathleen Ratliff (Columbia, Tennessee), born in Kansas, Alabama, who passed away on October 23, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bray and Audie McDonald Bray; her siblings, Lona Buchanan, Clinton Bray, Louise Wood, Margaret Swiney and Travis Bray; and her son-in-law Thomas Warwick.
She is survived by: her husband Cleaphus Ratliff; her children, Sharon Warwick of Columbia, TN, Susan Merker (Tom) of Columbia, TN, Gary Ratliff (Jennifer) of Columbia, TN and Al Dutton (Cindy) of Cottontown, TN; and her brothers, Billy Bray and Otis Bray. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
