She is survived by: her husband Stanton Scruggs; her children, George Scruggs (Rhonda) of Murfreesboro, Henry Scruggs (Leticia) of Smyrna and Mary Irene Richardson (Felix) of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Antione Richardson, Arthur Richardson, Whitney Stirewalt, Megan Jackson and Alex Scruggs. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
