He was predeceased by: his parents, McKinley Caldwell and Lela Griffin Caldwell; his wife Helen Caldwell; and his daughter Denise Elaine Golob. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Crawford (Alan) of Columbia, TN and Donna Darlene Guinn (Howard) of Belleville, MI; and his grandchildren, Melissa McAdam (Sean), Jason Smith (Sarah), Derek Crawford (April), Amy Burns (Larry), Devon Martorelli (Sal), Jared Fraunfelter (Chelsea) and David Golob. He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren.
