With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ernest Baugh (Columbia, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2024 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Baugh and Frances Baugh; his siblings, Frances Harden, Rosetta Stewart, Mildred Lou Baugh, Charles Baugh and Jerry Baugh; his grandchildren, Keon Turrentine, Antioan Gordon and Ladtontrey Maple; and his great grandchild Kemarion Turrentine.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Gordon, Sherrie Gordon, Quan Brown-Warner (Derrick), Anthony Gordon, Adrikias Baugh, Derrick Dawson and J. J. Scruggs; his sisters, Linda Claybrooks, Bettie Green and Pauline Baugh; his uncle Scooter Baugh; his grandchildren, Ca'Nitra Davis, Quantez Turrentine, Trovon Bullock, Kyah Gordon, Jazarious Zackery, Kynaston Gordon (Tank), Trice Gordon, Aaliyah Lee, A'Ziya Gordon, Kedron Turrentin, Amiya Cathey, Amilliauna Baugh, Adrevious Baugh, Trisavious Phillips, Kevias Scruggs, Ke'naja Gordon and Kevy Gordon; and his friends, Tracy Weinberg, Joann Goldman and Doris Gordon. He is also survived by nine great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation Services (609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
