It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Anne Dodson Gibson of Columbia, Tennessee, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Blonnie Wilkes Dodson and Aline McNeal Dodson; and her husband Billy Shannon "Hoot" Gibson. She is survived by: her sons, Sidney Wilkes Gibson (Sandy) of Manchester, Robert Anthony Gibson (Melanie) of Culleoka and Bill Gibson (Dana) of Columbia; her siblings, Lenora Hunter of Columbia, Elaine Amlin of Anderson, California, Wilkes Dodson, Jr. of Columbia and Dwight Dodson of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Christopher Wayne Gibson (Jodi), Chadwick Scott Gibson, Adam Turner Gibson (Jessie), Cody Odell Gibson (Brittany), Robert Jonah Gibson (Mary), Allison Grace Gibson and Candice Joy Gibson Carter (Derrick). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
