He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Harlow and Annie Mae Cummins; his brother Charlie Harlow; and his grandparents, Ellis and Myrtie Cummins.
He is survived by: his son Drew Harlow; and his sister Kim Kennedy (Tim). He is also survived by his family, friends.
