He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Fletcher Gray, Sr. and Sarah Lillian McKennon Gray; his daughter Wendy Alison Gray; and his brother Walter Edward Gray. He is survived by: his children, Christie Dawn Kennedy (John) of Port Charlotte, Florida, Michelle Shelly Gray Benson (Danny) of Columbia, Gina Elizabeth Barksdale of Columbia, Sarah Nichole Gray of Columbia, John Kevin Gray (Charmante Isabell) of Columbia, James Kevin Hanson of Murfreesboro and Leslie Kay Hanson of Hohenwald. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
