He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Perry Spencer, Sr. and Dolores Keltner Spencer; and his nephew James Pewitt. He is survived by: his sister Lucille Stanfield of Santa Fe; his nephew Billy Johnson (Sarah); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Garrett Johnson, Josh Pewitt (Brittany), Tyler Saum, Dessa Pewitt (Justin), Rose Lopp (Kevin), Katelyn McClanahan (Payne) and Rachel Tilghman (Dalton). He is also survived by five great great nephews; and four great great nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Santa Fe Cemetery (2369 Santa Fe Pike, Santa Fe, TN 38482).
