He is survived by: his stepdaughter Jennifer Worley (Chris); his stepgrandchildren, Taylor and Matthew of Murfreesboro, TN; his son David Wallace (Tammy); his grandchildren, Logan (Kimberly) and Marie Wallace of Stockbridge, GA; his former wife Linda Kelley of Columbia, TN; and his siblings, Brenda Schults (Duran) of Ethridge, TN and Randy Kelley of Columbia, TN.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
