She is survived by: her children, Brian Kleve Mayfield (Wanda) of Brentwood, TN, Jana Lynne Mayfield Robson of Mt. Pleasant, TN and Glennita Jill Mayfield Lemons of Columbia, TN; her grandchildren, Dalton Mayfield of Rapid City, SD, Cody Mayfield of Tampa, FL, Kristen Sanders of Lawrenceburg, TN, Ashley Manning (Jake) of Thompson Station, TN and Lacy Robertson of Murfreesboro, TN; her great grandchildren, Bryce Sanders and Aedan Manning; and her sister Nina Whiteside (Sam J.). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
