She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carter Sweeney and Margie Sneed Sweeney; her husband John William "J. W." Campbell; and her siblings, Judy Sweeney, Jean Hight, Nancy Bell and Jerry Sweeney.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeremy Campbell and Jason Campbell (Stacy); her grandchildren, William Coy Campbell, Mason Van Campbell, Jason Nicholas Campbell, Emily Grace Campbell, Tanner Warf (Maci) and Taylor Davis (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Aubrey Warf, Dawson Davis and Oaklyn Davis; her siblings, Mike Sweeney, Kay Haan (Fred) and John Sweeney (Mary Paul); and her sister-in-law Jonell Sweeney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
