He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Skinner and Ruth Dodd Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Nix Skinner of Columbia; and his son Greg Skinner (Heidi) of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by two grandchildren; five sisters.
