He is survived by: his wife Patricia Martin Kelley; his children, Steven Kelley (Patty) and Lori Cross (Steve); his grandchildren, Amber Carter (Chris), Nathan Cross, Ryan Kelley and Kelly Street (Cody); his great grandchildren, Noah Carter, Jameson Carter, Macie Street and Maddie Street; and his sister Betty Deckman.
