She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Clark and Patricia Anne Arnett Clark; her husband James W. Adkins Sr.; and her brothers, David Clark and Stephen Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy Cozart (Kelvin) and Jim Adkins (Michele); her grandchildren, Katelyn, Jessica, Emily, Bella, Heather, Abbigal and James Robert; and her siblings, Debra Clark and Michael Clark (Debby). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
