It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewey Skillington (Columbia, Tennessee), who passed away on May 16, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Skillington and Lois Woody Skillington; his wife Edna Skelley Skillington; his daughter Mittie Elizabeth Skillington; and his siblings, John Robert Skillington, Joe Frank Skillington, Rachel Frazier, Ann Skillington and Ruth Skillington.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry Skillington (Deborah) of Columbia, Gerry Skillington (Pam) of Athens, AL and Ricky Skillington (Kay) of Lawrenceburg; his siblings, David Skillington of Santa Fe and Faye Skillington Bohannon of Santa Fe; and his nieces, Carolyn Skelley and Susan Toungette. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
