He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Scroggins and Floy Wales Scroggins; his brothers, Ray Scroggins and Robby Scroggins; and his daughter-in-law Muriel Scroggins.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Scroggins; his pets, Bambi and BJ; his children, Julie Litton (Jonathan) of Santa Fe, Jennifer Manley (Chad) of Petersburg and Toby Scroggins of Lynnville; his grandchildren, Colton Carroll (Jessica), Jordan Litton, Lane Litton, Ethan Litton, Ashley Demastus (Alex), Lucas Chiles, Jerry Scroggins and Trey Scroggins; and his great grandchild Katie Carroll.
