He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Stanley Neeley and Claudia Mae Duncan Neeley; his wife Kitty Jo Weatherspoon Neeley; and his siblings, Grover Tom Neeley, Lee Edward Neeley, Sherman Neeley, Ivan Cecil Neeley, Warner Dayton Neeley, Annie Brown Farais, Bernice Marie Proffitt, Parley Neeley and Mae Katherine Neeley.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Nolen of Columbia and Rick Neeley of Columbia; his grandchildren, Allison Renee Nixon (Andrew) of Franklin, Joanna Leigh Brewer (Tadd) of Franklin and Jacqueline Spires (Charles Derrick) of Spring Hill; and his great grandchildren, Austin Derrick Spires, Natalie Racquel Spires, Kaylee Marie Spires, Alexandria Kelley Nixon, Andrew Akin Nixon, Grady Smith Brewer, Emmett Ray Brewer and Hadley Scott Brewer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
