He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ferris Jack and Peggy Jean Kincaid Jack; and his wife Sylvia Darlene Jack Anglin. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Jack of Columbia and Phyllis Reed (Jeff Morris) of Hickman County; his grandson Matthew Hunter Reed; and his uncle Robin. He is also survived by his family, friends and coworkers.
