He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Lee Fulkerson and Anna Lee Adams Fulkerson; and his siblings, Rodney Ray Fulkerson, Mark Allen Fulkerson and Betty Sue Arama.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Sue Ellsworth Fulkerson of Columbia; his daughter LeeAnna Michele Holt (Allen) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Wesley David Tuesca, Christian Alexander Tuesca, Zachary Taylor Tuesca and Madison Rose Tuesca (Dakota); and his great grandchild William Joseph Tuesca. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
