He is survived by: his children, Leslie Renae Hill (Ashlee) and Ethan Lane Lewis; his parents, Linda Moore Lewis and Maynard Anderson Lewis; his siblings, Maynard Lewis (Cynthia) and Amberlin Love; his niece Ainsley Hailey; his nephew Jayden Lewis; his aunts, Judy Moore Hunt, Linda Ragsdale, Melanie Olmstead (Jamie) and Denise Thomas (Jimbo); and his grandmother Margie Lewis.
