He is survived by: his mother Linda Faye Morris Neal of Columbia; his wife Tina Marie Turner Neal of Columbia; his children, Ashley Anne-Marie Neal of Columbia and Clayton Morris Neal, Jr. of Columbia; his siblings, Brett Alexander Neal (Jennifer) of Columbia, Tyrone Kenneth Neal of Columbia and Grace Anne Morris of Columbia; his mother-in-law Marlene Manning of Franklin; his uncle David G. Neal (Iosifovna) of Columbia; his aunt Anne Harris of Pawleys Island; and his cousins, Dr. Mark H. Hays, IV (Sarah) of Tucson, Father John Hays (Ginny) of Tallahassee and David Hays (Robin) of Pawleys Island.
