With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carly June McGee of Columbia, Tennessee, who passed away on April 15, 2025 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Wanda, Willard McGee, Steve Shifflett and Paul Pennington. She is survived by: her parents, April Prince and Terry Prince; her siblings, Chancz McGee (Lauren) of Columbia, TN and Chantel Prince of Columbia, TN; her nephew Lawson; her niece Lucy Kate McGee; her grandmothers, Marvilyn Driver of Chapin, SC, Rena Shifflett (Joseph Adamar) of Duck River, TN and Betty Pennington of Williamsport, TN; and her aunts and uncles, Stacy, Denise Solomon of Winchester, TN, Tracy and Deanna Driver of Chapin, SC..
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Family Church (2790 Pulaski Hwy, Columbia, TN 38401).
The family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a place that held deep meaning during Carly's journey, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
